Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using KingdomBridge, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

KingdomBridge is a logistics marketplace connecting senders with verified couriers and delivery agents for parcel delivery between South Africa and Zimbabwe.

We facilitate transactions but do not directly provide courier services. We act as an intermediary platform connecting users with independent service providers.

3. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information about parcels, including contents, weight, and value
• Ensure parcels do not contain prohibited or illegal items
• Package items securely and appropriately
• Make payments promptly through our escrow system
• Respond to courier communication and verification requests

4. Prohibited Items

The following items are strictly prohibited:

• Illegal drugs and narcotics
• Weapons, ammunition, and explosives
• Hazardous materials and flammable substances
• Counterfeit goods
• Live animals
• Perishable food without proper packaging

5. Payments & Escrow

All payments are held in escrow until successful delivery. Platform fees (5% commission) apply to all transactions.

Funds are released to couriers upon confirmation of delivery. Refunds are processed according to our dispute resolution policy.

6. Insurance & Liability

Optional insurance is available for valuable items. Without insurance, KingdomBridge's liability is limited to R500 per shipment.

We are not liable for delays caused by customs, border controls, weather, or force majeure events.

7. Dispute Resolution

Disputes must be filed within 14 days of expected delivery. Our team reviews all disputes and makes final decisions based on evidence provided by both parties.

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse our services.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
